NZ Part 2. In early December 2005 I hiked the Routeburn Track, one of New Zealand's "Great Walks". During the 3-day trip I stayed in two different huts run by the Department of Conservation.

andrewg > The Routeburn Track.  It goes up.  And up.  And up.  And up.  And up.  And up.  And up.
andrewg > Another unmarked waterfall along the track.
andrewg > This is Earland Falls, an 80-meter waterfall.  The spray is dense and goes everywhere - after walking through the spray at the base of the falls I was as wet as if I had walked into the falls directly!  The track goes directly along the base of the spray.
andrewg > Looking back at the Earland falls after another 10 minutes or so along the track.
