NZ Part 5. In December 2005, after walking the Routeburn and Kepler Tracks I headed north on the South Island of New Zealand. These pictures were taken on the way to Wanaka.

In New Zealand the sheep outnumber the humans 10 to 1. If you got all 40 million sheep together, their collective intelligence would rival that of a pet rock. And not one of those fancy Harvard-trained pet rocks, either, just a normal pet rock.
